About

I'm a research scientist at The Ohio State University's Human Performance Collaborative, where I study the physiology of human performance — how the body responds and adapts to exercise, and how we can measure and improve it.

I hold a PhD in Exercise Physiology. My work bridges rigorous physiological research with real-world application, translating what happens in the lab into practical insight for athletes, patients, and everyday people.
